🏀 LEGACY BASKETBALL TRYOUTS — BOYS GRADES 4 - 8
📅 Sunday, October 25 Legacy Center Sports Complex
📋 Check‑In: 2:30–3 PM
⛹🏽Tryouts: 3–5 PM
💲Tryout Fee: $20

🏀 This year, Legacy Basketball Club is moving to a one‑time tryout, year‑round team‑building model designed to improve both your experience and our athlete development process.
Trying out on Sunday, October 25 (and being selected) will lead to an 8‑month commitment. This long‑term structure allows us to build stronger teams, develop players more effectively, and provide families with clarity and consistency.

I have spent a lot of years around this game, and the girls in this program work as hard as any group I have been around.

Welcome Coach Tim Scott to the Legacy Select Basketball family! 🏀

Coach Scott will lead our 2031 8th Grade Boys this season on the adidas Jr. 3SSB circuit.

Tim brings several years of youth and competitive travel basketball coaching experience, including time coaching 16U on the New Balance Circuit and multiple travel programs throughout Michigan. His background centers around player development, defensive fundamentals, basketball IQ, and preparing athletes to compete at a high level.

Before moving into coaching, Tim also competed at the collegiate level at Kalamazoo Valley Community College, giving him firsthand experience with the preparation, discipline, and expectations required at the next level.

We’re excited to have Coach Scott join the program and help continue developing our young men.

Welcome to the family, Coach Tim!

This is the part I like most about this group.

They pick each other up, EVERY SINGLE TIME!

You do not coach that into a team in a weekend, and when I see it I think it is worth saying out loud.
