Dexa Body mobile unit is coming to Concrete Fitness parking lot in brigham city on Tuesday the 8th. The test takes about 10 min. You'll get a multiple page print out of your body composition...muscle mass, body fat, bone density. It breaks it out in detail. A trained professional will go over your results and answer your questions. They come every 6 six months, so you can set goals and track your progress.
