Chelsea grew up in the Salt Lake Valley. She loves playing sports or doing anything physical, especially in the outdoors! She played soccer, volleyball, and basketball and loved athletics so much that she got her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science at USU. She enjoys helping people learn healthy habits in diet and exercise for a quality active lifestyle and has been a personal trainer since 2009. Chelsea specializes in Sports Performance, Weight Loss, Strength, Balance, Flexibility, and Functional Fitness and has experience with people of all ages and fitness levels.
