Bulk is going well considering I’ve been bulking for about 10 months straight 😅 lol started at 172 last March right before the gyms closed and I’m now 192. Plan was to bulk up to around 200 and stay under 15% body fat so I’m right on track.

I know that these handheld body fat monitors aren’t super accurate. I feel like I’m closer to 15% tbh but I’m okay with that. Cut begins next month 😤 Aiming to get to 195 by then!

According to my BMI I’m overweight though 😂

Letting go of things that don’t serve us is a part of the growing and healing process. We’re all guilty of this at some level. Nobody’s perfect, but the more we limit these things the better and happier our lives will be. 🧘‍♂️
