With just weeks left, we are busy here on the Little Rider Ranch! Rosie, the "Golden Unicorn" and a Little, had a great in hand time lesson. Free lunging was a new skill set with Skip! All I heard was giggling, as it should be!

To All My Wonderful Families, Clients, Students and Friends, I'm sad to announce I am closing the gates to Little Rider Ranch on the 25th of August.

Its a difficult decision. However, both Rosie and Skippy are no longer suitable for this job. They've carried near 50 students over the years, with great patience. They are pets first, and work partners second, so I've no plans on replacing them.

I had hoped to keep the "Greet and Groom" program alive, but the Insurance, permits, and licenses are too costly to do so.

I am so happy to have a month left of the Greet and Groom. I adore that program, and believe in it's importance building that bond between a Little and a Pony.

I want to thank EVERY SINGLE supporter of Little Rider Ranch, for your encouragement and trust in my dream. And my husband. Lyell, for building this little slice of heaven.

Keep that Bond between Littles and Ponies Growing!!

As some of you already know, we have made the difficult decision to retire our Rosie Posie from the riding lesson program. Her heart is just not in it any longer. We are not replacing her with another, as she's a family member, and perfect in the "Greet and Groom" program.

That leaves Skippy for lessons. We are not going to have him take on all of Rosie's students. Therefore, some schedule changes are being made. Also, the minimum riding age will be 5yrs. old, (It's still 4 yrs. for the "G&G.")

I thank you for your patience and understanding. As aways, do message me if you've questions or, want to make a "Greet and Groom" or Riding appointment, for your Little Rider.

"GREET and GROOM " is a non-riding program, for 3 yr. olds and up. Sessions are offered Tuesday - Saturdays at 11:00. Weather permitting. These are 45 minute sessions at $40. ($10 for additional children).

We cover handling, grooming, care and safety, of ponies. Along with environmental related educational lessons. This is a wonderful opportunity to get outside, learn about all things pony, and the nature we live in. (I highly recommend this program prior to the Riding Program).
