My name is Sensei Jason, I have been practicing martial arts for over 20 years and have been teaching students of all ages for over ten years. I started my journey with Master Paul at Paul Pendergast Brick karate. After a few years I began training with New Jersey Karate Club/ Synergy Martial Arts with Sensei Robert Duarte. At Synergy I pursued my Black Belt in Kenpo and also trained Tambo with Se

nsei Art Szalkowski, and began training with Sensei Bob in Krav Maga with Joseph Drew as well as my good friend Michael Delaney, retired New Jersey State Police. We also trained in Wing Chun with Chris Ilao and Brian R. Through all my studies in the Martial Arts I have always found that self confidence, motivation, hard work, and discipline are the keys to becoming a great, well rounded, self aware martial artist.
