Our top performing riders of the semester⭐️ Congratulations to Andrea Vazquez (‘29) for earning first place in Limit on the Flat and Over Fences to be named High Point rider at Virginia Tech. Caroline Green (‘26) earned first place in Intermediate flat, Brie Carkhuff (‘28) was first place in Limit flat, and Clarissa Burrow (‘27) was first place in Novice. Congratulations ladies! 💛❤️⭐️

Yesterday we had our annual year end party, and we were thankful to share it with some of our friends at JMU IHSA and Bridgewater NCEA. We recognized our 4 IHSA seniors and gave out our fun superlatives. Thank you so much to everyone who made this year possible, especially our coach Britni Cash and all of our supporters at Clover Grove. We have much to look forward to as we move into the future!

And the results are in! After a fantastic weekend of riding at Virginia Tech, our IHSA season has concluded. We had an amazing final regular season show where Caroline Green (‘26) earned 🥇 in Intermediate Flat, Andrea Vazquez (‘29) earned 🥇 in Limit Flat and Fences, and was your High Point Rider of the day, Brie Carkhuff (‘28) and Clarissa Burrow (‘27) earned 🥇 in Novice! Additionally, Vanessa Alexander (‘29) earned 🥈 in her second IHSA show in pre-novice. McKenna Doran (‘26) earned 🥉 in Novice which punched her last minute ticket to Region 2 Championships! Bridgewater was 5th place overall for the day and we recognized our seniors Caroline, Amy, Camille, and McKenna.

At Regionals, both McKenna and Brie competed in Novice, in which Brie was called back to a ride off and earned 5th place. The Bridgewater team earned 6th for the season. Thank you to everyone who has supported us through this season of much change and development, especially Coach Britni and for welcoming us with open arms. We look forward to cheering them on at Zones and preparing for next season!!
