We've been struggling this past month to get a consistent car that likes to stay on 4 wheels and is still fast. We decided to try some big changes this evening, and see how the car handled.

Started the evening at Middleford Speedway and won our heat. We started the feature in 4th, and by lap 6 we found ourself in 1st place.

Its been a little while since we have ran up front and the car looked and handled great.

Unfortunately, the Left Front wheel bearing didn't make it for the whole race and failed us with 5 to go. The car was fast, stable and we can find our way to the front; that's what we wanted to see tonight!

Sorry to our friends who were collected in the breakdown.

It sucks to roll. It really sucks to roll in the lead with 2 to go.

Even when everything is going in your favor, you can hit a rut and yank the wheel out of your hand. Man, we were fast till we tried to race on our roof! Video is of the last restart. Thank you to the fast response of the safety crews!

Driver is just fine and looking forward to golf tomorrow. We will be off next week enjoying the Allstar race at Dover.

First win at Middleford Speedway for this season. Going into the evening, didn't feel anything like a winning night. Drew 5th to start the Heat and finished 3rd.

That had us starting the Feature in 5th. Took until about lap 7 to see we had enough speed to pass. DJ Cameron had the car to beat tonight keeping the front position early in the race. Took some restarts and passing to gain track position. Once we got some clean air in front of us, we were able to see the TRC Chassis in action.

Bridgeport Speedway hosted the Mod-Lites last night. We had the night off at Middleford Speedway so we made the trip to to New Jersey to try out the banking on the big track.

We started 6th in our heat and advanced to 2nd Place finish. Redraw had us starting the feature in 3rd place.

This track's banking allow for low, medium, and a wild high driving line. Ryan McKinney had that high line locked down, however suffered an engine loss.

On the restart we advanced to 1st Place and after trading leader positions with Angel Rivera a few laps, we took home the checkered flag.

That leaves the TRC Chassis undefeated in New Jersey!

There is rumor of a 2 day IMCA Sanctioned race later this year which I am sure will be a huge draw from the North East area.

Kicked off the first race of the season at Middleford Speedway. Great weather and happy to be racing locally in April this year.

Started 3rd in our Heat Race and finished 3rd.

Onto the feature ... Started 5th came home with a 3rd place finish. Track's a little different texture than we remember it from last year, so we will return with that in mind.

Included a clip from the last restart, showing Shane and Jimmy Wills battling it out for 3rd place the last few laps. Great to see Jimmy back from Texas and racing in Delaware.

Congratulations to Ryan McKinny on a well deserved win and Braydon Benson for 2nd.
