Dear all current and past members

We are contacting you all to first thank you for allowing us to be a part of your fitness journey!! We are more than thankful for you trusting us to help you along the way.

We are also contacting you to inform you all that CrossFit North County will be closing on July 8th, 2023. We have had an amazing 9 years of being of service to you all. We have met some absolutely amazing people along the way and made some great friends in the process.

We apologize for the inconvenience for a lot of you who will be looking for another Box family. Coach Kassie is has a box that will open later this month. It's call Elements of Wellness CrossFit. I encourage you all to check out Coach Kassie's and David's Box when searching for a new home.

Again thank you all for all your support over the past 9 years!! Please don't look at this as a sad day!! This is just a transition to bigger and better things for us all! Thank you for lifting weights and getting fit with some Dope People! 😉 love you all!!
