Thanks to our Lou Fusz Soccer Club fitness trainer Coach Ashley for a fun and informative nutrition session last night. During Q&A coach had us pull out actual snacks and drink bottles from our soccer bags and discuss the nutritional labels - which was fun and revealing after learning what it all means!
