Fit Hearts and Bodies with Cynthia Fitness classes that promote health and fitness both inside and out. You are a welcome addition to o A typical session is 6 weeks and costs $35 for the session.

I'm an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified group fitness instructor with 19 years of experience.

I've taught everything from dance fitness to step to cycling to kickboxing to strength training to aqua to yoga and on and on.

In my classes the focus is on YOU. I desire to provide a workout experience where you will feel EMPOWERED to be the best YOU

you can be.

Regardless of how you feel when you arrive at class, my hope is that when you leave you feel that you BELONG and you are LOVED.

MONDAYS at 6 pm - REFIT® + Strength (30 minutes REFIT, 30 minutes strength training) - Strength, Balance & Yoga (SBY) in Clarksburg

TUESDAYS at 6:30 pm - Zumba® - Maple Lake Clubhouse in Bridgeport

THURSDAYS at 6:30 pm - REFIT® - Maple Lake Clubhouse in Bridgeport

FRIDAYS at 9 am - Strength 101 - SBY

MON/WED at 6:30 pm - Aqua Zumba® - Bridgeport City Pool (June-August)
