We at GZS believe that our Soccer philosophy can be applied both on and off the field, which is why it is one of our priorities to implement a winning and teamwork mentality. Soccer is a sport that can help kids understand the true meaning of working hard as a team member, as well as individually. It is a soccer fact that one of the best ways to develop speed, agility, good touch, dribbling, passing and more is to start with futsal. Futsal is a philosophy that helps the player to think, act, and react faster as well as more accurately with and without the ball. It is by learning these techniques that kids will be able to develop better skills, which later on can be use both indoors and outdoors. One of the jobs in the development stage of this project was to identify the age group that we would like to work with. We know that in the early years

between 4-13 years old, kids will develop most of the technical skills. Working with these ages will have a more technical emphasis that is accomplished by focusing on player development versus match outcome. The intent is for coaches and parents of the players to spotlight the process of playing the game, rather than the score. The measurement of success with youngsters between 4-12 years old is the improvement of ball skills, understanding of the rules of the game, playing fairly and learning general game principles.
