Heyyy 👋

It's Friday and all of our classes are running at their regularly scheduled time! 💙

We are coming to you with some house keeping tips. We keep our fees LOW because we run off communication and that communication is primarily our emails and / or texts and calls.

Our coaches do not remember to tell Leann who is no longer coming and / or who's injured etc.

So please be cognizant of this. Even a Facebook
message is helpful.

You will continue to receive invoices etc until communication has been made.

We run primarily on a volunteer basis and our partners work for your gym while on vacation and at their kids balls games and more to keep the fees as low as possible!

Now with that said, we hope we see everyone on this squishy new mats tonight!!
