𝙈𝙄𝙆𝙀𝙔 𝘽𝙐𝙏𝙇𝙀𝙍 𝙏𝘼𝙆𝙀𝙎 𝘾𝙍𝙊𝙒𝙉 𝙄𝙉 𝙍𝙀𝙉𝙊; 𝙈𝘼𝙆𝙀𝙎 𝙃𝙄𝙎𝙏𝙊𝙍𝙔!!!
The New Hartford resident is officially the first two-time recipient of the Roller World of Wrestling Trinity Award hailing from the Evil Empire!!
Completing his sweep of the three-leg circuit on Saturday morning in Reno; the Brawler Elite Wrestling Club pupil punctuated a 5-0 resume in the "Biggest Little City" by emerging with an 11-3 major decision in the 10U, 80-pound finale over his opponent from Montana, 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐢𝐬𝐭-𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐞 (2025 Double USAW 10U FS/GR All-American (3rd in FS); 2025 Super 32 11U runner-up; 2026 Tulsa 4th)...
His title match today the only occasion in which he was forced to go the distance (71-3 margin; 3 techs, 1 pin, 1 major); Butler came out of the gates on fire, as he'd convert a single-leg takedown approximately :10 into the opening period to hold a 3-0 lead after the end of 1:30...
An immediate escape at the onset of the 2nd, complemented by a successful headlock defense for a counter TD upper his cushion to 7-0 heading into the 3rd...
To the credit of the always dangerous Heist-Levine, things would get interesting/somewhat tense down the homestretch as he'd repeatedly attempt cement mixers before eventually circling behind for a TD with :44 remaining in regulation to cut the deficit to 7-3...
Doing a superb job of not surrendering any NF during this chaotic conclusion, Butler freed himself for an E1 and then tacked on another counter TD before the buzzer to account for the bonus point verdict!!!
Heist-Levine being by far the most credentialed of the foes that the Section III superstar would topple in the midst of his crusade; in subsequent trips to the mats between Thursday and Friday, Butler cruised to verdicts of 56-second fall, 18-0 TF, 18-0 TF, and 17-0 TF in the Rounds of 32 thru the semifinals versus the likes of 𝐂𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐡𝐮𝐞 (CA), 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨 (CA), 𝐉𝐚𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐨, & 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐨𝐱 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐬𝐨𝐧 (CT)...
Against Donahue, he'd establish a quick 7-0 lead via a TD and cross-wrist tilt before transitioning to a cradle for the stick...
Four different sets of swipes provided the crux of his 2:05 shutout of Fortunato....
Jumping out to a commanding 13-0 edge (TD + four sets of backs) at the end of the 1st period in his quarterfinal date with Salcedo; Butler hit a reversal to the back for 2+3 to bank the 2:01 termination!!
His semifinal clash with 2026 Tulsa Bronze medalist, Wilson, was the ultimate display of comprehensive mat dominance, as 14 of his 17 points came courtesy of tilts (three sets) or reversals (one each in the 2nd and 3rd periods)!!
Never seriously challenged at any step of his 2025-2026 Roller national tour; Butler registered a mind-blowing 16-0 overall vitae in which he amassed a 217-6 gap!
The youth phenom now has SEVEN (3x Reno, 2x KO Classic, 2x Tulsa Nationals) WOW "Eagles" in his collection!

Entering the festivities in Reno unseeded among the 10U 76-pound field; it was Canastota resident, 𝑰𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒄 𝑱𝒂𝒚𝒔𝒐𝒏, earning what is believed to be his first-career Roller WOW All-American distinction when he accrued 4-2 record to place 4th!
Squaring off against 2025 KO Classic 4th performer, 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐲 (NJ), in his opening appearance; Jayson countered a lat drop attempt for a takedown and nearfall in the final :35 of regulation to turn a 5-4 deficit into a 9-5 lead before going on to pick up the 9-6 decision!
Dropping his quarterfinal contest to Michigan's 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐨𝐝𝐠𝐞 (2x USAW 10U Folkstyle All-American; 2025 Double USAW 10U FS/GR All-American (FS National runner-up); 2023 Super 32 8U Bronze....2x KO Classic placer....2x Tulsa Nationals placer)...
The Empire Stater battled back to peel off three consecutive dubs in the consolation bracket, including respective 6-0 and 8-4 decisions in the blood round and consolation semis at the expense of Virginia's 𝐉𝐨𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐡𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐬 and Pennsylvanian, 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐉𝐫.!
The match with the latter [Rhodes; 2026 Tulsa 5th) was decided by TDs in the 1st and 3rd periods...
Enjoying a 5-4 lead (exchange of TDs in the 1st and 2nd periods; E1s in both the 2nd and 3rd periods for Jayson) in the late stages of the 3rd period against Miller Jr. (2025 USAW 10U Folk Nationals 8th; 2025 Double USAW 10U FS/GR AA....2026 Tulsa 6th), he'd win a 50/50 scramble at the buzzer for an insurance TD (note: should have been awarded NF)....
Dodge being the lone thorn in his side this weekend; the Wolverine State entry denied Jayson the bronze!

Earning his second All-American honors of the 2025-2026 WOW circuit (previously 4th at the KO Classic); it was Syracuse native, 𝑴𝒊𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒆𝒍 𝑾𝒊𝒍𝒃𝒖𝒓 𝑰𝑰𝑰 overcoming a heartbreaking quarterfinal loss by rallying for victories in three of his last four bouts to round out a solid 5-2 record that landed him in the #5 spot of the 10U 100-pound bracket!!
Headlocked in the final half-minute of the 3rd period (while leading 3-0) to drop a 5-4 decision in the championship round of 8 to PA's 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐉𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐨; Wilbur responded by outing Oklahoma's 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐚𝐮𝐥 (2023 KO Classic 6th) and 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐎'𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐥 (Oregon) by way of 10-0 major decision 37-second pin to lock up top-6 status!!
A loss in the consolation semis relegated him to the 5th/6th match which would be the scene of his best win of the tournament...
Down 5-0 to Oklahoman, 𝐀𝐛𝐞𝐥 𝐕𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐥 (Multiple-time Roller All-American/2021 KO Classic Champion); he'd get on the board with a R2 to cut the deficit to 5-2 and then locked up a cradle to secure the slap of the mat with just :10 remaining in the 2nd period!
Wilbur also had back-to-back triumphs by fall at the start of day #1, as he decked the aforementioned O'Dell at the 3:50 mark and then followed it up by notching a 1:51 stick of 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐚 (California) to reach the 1/8s!
