When someone mentions Garmin, what's the first thing that comes to mind?

Is it the modern glass cockpit displays like the G3X Touch and new AXIS, the GPS navigation systems that help pilots find their way or the engine monitoring technology that keeps important information right in front of you?

Garmin has become a big part of modern general aviation, with so many different systems helping pilots navigate, monitor their aircraft and manage their flights.

From traditional instruments to a full glass cockpit!

Take a look at this before and after transformation on one of our Skywagon projects. It's amazing how much a cockpit can change with a modern avionics upgrade, bringing a completely different look to the panel while keeping the character of the aircraft we all love.

We’ve completed a number of these swaps now and it’s great seeing how AXIS looks once it’s fitted into a Skywagon panel. For owners already flying behind G3X Touch, it’s an exciting option when the time comes to update the cockpit.

This Cessna 180 was always a great aircraft to photograph and we’ve got some brilliant shots of it from its travels. Definitely one we enjoy looking back at.
