Each week at the beginning of your boot camp session, your instructor will give you a mini challenge and a series of workouts based on time or rounds. Your instructor will post your time or rounds in the events on this page, which will determine the Top Five Leaders of the week due to earned points.

Each week, our instructor will incorporate exercises into your boot camp session to help you build and work on those specific exercises.

As a team, we will support one and other and help reach you to your own PR!
