Losing weight isn’t always the same as getting healthier.

A recent article in The Wall Street Journal by health reporter Natasha Dangoor discussed growing concerns that popular weight-loss medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro may also lead to significant muscle loss if people are not strength training and eating enough protein during their weight-loss journey.
