Prize checks for the 89th Annual NYS Women's Championships have been mailed to team captains. Bowlers receiving winnings of $600 or more must complete a W-9 form for a 1099 to be issued at year-end. Eligible bowlers will receive a letter with additional instructions, and a W-9 form is also available on this page. Checks will be sent once the completed form has been returned.

His total for the day was 1538, In the Doubles Event 258 - 279 - 232 for 769 series in the singles event 195 - 288- 286 for a 769 series again.
