Hey everyone, for those of you that have not joined our primary page (Competitive Climbing Club at NCSU---join if you are currently not) we are pushing dues back again until Tuesday (23rd). For those people that pay dues on time, we will be having a pizza party during practice hours on Thursday (25th).

For those people who are prospective members of the club this year, our interest meeting will be next Tuesday (9/4) in Dabney Room 220 at 7pm!!

Congrats to everyone who climbed in the comp on Saturday, especially the first-time competitors! We had a great group there. Connor placed fourth in the Men’s Beginner category, Charlie placed third in Men’s Intermediate, Tavi placed third in Men’s Advanced, and Nikki got fourth place in Women’s Intermediate!

The 2017 UNC Tar Heel Top Out was a success for the wolfpack! We had 4 climbers place in their respective categories. Here are the results:

Nikki McArthur earned 2nd place with a tie for 1st in Women's Intermediate.
Anthony Strapp earned 2nd place in Men's Intermediate.
Ben Cox earned 3rd place in Men's Intermediate.
Joe Roberts earned 1st place in Men's Novice.

Great job NCSU Climbing Club! We would like to give a HUGE SHOUT-OUT to the setters and volunteers and especially Kerry Scott for hosting such a great comp! As always, we look forward to competing again next year!

Our climbers CRUSHED at the Brevard Boulder Comp yesterday!!! Nikki McArthur took 1st overall for women, Zoe Harrison took 2nd in Intermediate. Alex Rodriguez took 1st overall for men, Adrien Vives 3rd overall, Nick Santomauro 4th overall, and Joe Roberts 5th overall. Huge thank you to the Roberts family for taking us in :) and a big shout-out to the Brevard Rock Gym for the amazing comp that they ran! We can't wait to come back next year!

We had a great day climbing at the Western Carolina Rock and Rumble Competition! We had a total of 7 competitors. Nikki McArthur achieved 3rd place in women's overall and Joe Roberts earned 2nd place in men's novice!

Hey fam I hope everyone had an amazing weekend! Because of break we will not be having official practice, but if anyone wants to go and carpool with others you are more than welcome to use this page as a way to find people to climb with. Hope everyone has a fun break, and a wonderful Thanksgiving. Stay safe.

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to everyone who stopped by the table this morning and helped us recruit!!! It is safe to say that Campus connections was a major success! We had nearly 170 students sign up for the club👍
