You'll need: comfortable clothing, water bottle, bare feet (or ballet shoes, grippy socks, etc).

Class will be held in the group fitness room.

Learn how to set up your bike, how to adjust bike settings during class, and what to expect in the group spin class.

The spin class crew has fun each time they ride. It’s a party disguised as exercise!
