Hey local followers!! What type of group fitness classes are you interested in and when?!?! I can teach kickboxing, dance variations, stretch core (yoga without the terminology or sabbatical in India), strength variations… one of these days I’ll have enough spin bikes to run a class!!

FIRST OFFICIAL CLASS: Stretch/core- 10am Saturday, April 25… meet at the big barn to stretch away the problems of the week, and start your weekend off with some self care! Just building a wee barrier wall, for safety, before starting to run group fitness classes. That said, I have a funny feeling that the first OFFICIAL group fitness classes will be scheduled on or around 4-20. Stay tuned! That is right around the corner!!
