✨Member Spotlight✨ Meet Michele Hall👋🏽♥️

Michele had a stroke in 2003 when she was just 38 years old. She became an avid spin class goer and eventually got herself a Peloton. Natalie Christine had just begun taking classes at our Brentwood studio and kindly suggest to Michele to start coming. Josh took Michele under his wing doing private sessions and gave her challenges to do outside the studio like walking with wrist weights to strengthen the arm most affected by the stroke. A couple months later, Michele started taking classes. And as of Tuesday, Michele has taken 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ classes‼️🥹

Favorite move? JUMP BOARD
What has been gained by joining IMX? ⬆️flexibility ⬆️strength and most importantly ⬆️confidence💟💟

Also, shout out to Hanna Dejesus and Jennifer Hamilton✨ who also were apart the start of Michele’s IMX Pilates journey!

Implementing the late cancellation/no show is the WORST part of the job. In case you need a reminder:

A cancellation 4️⃣ hours or less before class time results in a $20 penalty for memberships or a class docked for passes. 🕘

If you get off the waitlist, you are automatically IN class. Set your alarms or bring your workout clothes to work and just assume you’re getting off the waitlist.

Text or call 925-785-1479 if you ever run into something unexpected as we know life can be unpredictable.
