We are going heavy this week at PG Strength Club!

Kayla said the most she’s ever squatted was 205 in high school…. With questionable form. 20ish years later taking 255 for a smooth ride!

Kayla shows up on the days she doesn’t want to. She gets the work done on the hard days as well as the easy days. Her consistency in the gym is certainly paying and we love to be in awe of her pure heavy lifting talent!!
