To all of my brothers and leaders who make this organization possible,
From day one, our vision has been to create an environment where we truly thrive together, where we hold one another accountable, challenge each other to be better, make difficult decisions together, and most importantly, share genuine fellowship with one another.
I want to sincerely thank each of you from the bottom of my heart. I am incredibly blessed and grateful for every person God has placed in my life and within this organization.
More importantly, I’m grateful for the impact you have on our families and players. The opportunity to lead these young men and women the right way, both on and off the field, is bigger than baseball or softball. It’s about preparing them for life after baseball or softball and helping shape the people, leaders, husbands, wives, fathers, and mothers they will one day become. That is what this organization is truly about.
What we are building is about faith, relationships, accountability, leadership, and being there for one another through the good and difficult times.
I am grateful to call each of you not only members of our coaching and leadership team, but friends and brothers in Christ.
Thank you for believing in our mission, investing in our athletes and families, and continuing to walk alongside me as we build something special together.
