Track- Congrats Hannah H (Northgate) 3 meets, PR's each meet. latest a big drop inthe 200m 26.49 a 1.56sec improvement! Did the work all off season reaping the benefits.

Track- Congrats Viran E, posted PR's in three events 110H improved .26 (17.11) 300H improved 1.07 (41.20), improved 2" in LJ 19.9.5, great decathlete prospect works year round at his craft, starting the season strong.

Track- Congrats Caleb B (Salesian) dropped .3 tenths in 400m PB of 50.16, .7 tenths in the 200m PB to 23.16, posted 49 sec split. All good openers to the season. Pre season training pays off!!!
