Congrats to our February Committed Club!!

Big shoutout to everyone who showed up and earned their spot in our Committed Club this month. That’s ownership and action; it’s how big and small wins show up in your daily life.

Results don’t come from one great workout. They come from consistently showing up when it’s hard and staying locked in when motivation fades.

Every time someone opens a local business in your town, half the people say “I hope they make it” and the other half say “they’re crazy for trying.”

But here’s what I’ve learned, when people actually show up, these businesses do make it.

The regulars who come in every week. The people who leave Google reviews. The ones who tell their friends. The customers who become ambassadors.

Local businesses don’t fail because people don’t care. They succeed because enough people do.

If you want local businesses in your town, be the person who shows up opening day. Leave the review. Tell your friends. Become a regular.

Supporting local isn’t just shopping local. It’s being an active participant in someone’s dream.

Your town has people willing to take the risk and open businesses.

Make sure they know you’ve got their back.

They made it happen, no matter what, every month of 2025!! 🏆🥇👏🏼
We are so inspired by their dedication to their health, both mentally and physically. Making the “Committed Club” each month is working out 3-4 times a week. Our goal for Committed Club each month is 14 “check-ins” a month. We are so proud of these awesome humans for reaching their goal for twelve months straight!
