Take a break from the demands of the week and give yourself an hour to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.
Join us for a peaceful evening class designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and restore the nervous system through a combination of:
Crystal singing bowls
Live vocal music
Guided breathwork
Gentle movement
Meditation
Each session is thoughtfully designed to help release physical and emotional tension, reduce stress, improve focus, and create a greater sense of balance and well-being.
No prior experience is necessary. Simply wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that will help you relax comfortably.

Meet Your Instructor
Adele
Adele holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music and is a soprano, musician, homeschooling mother, and homemaker. She is passionate about helping women discover the lasting benefits of music, mindfulness, and intentional living.
As a music educator, Adele creates a welcoming environment where students of all ages can build confidence, develop their musical abilities, and experience the joy that music brings.
Since 2014, she has led mindfulness and relaxation experiences for individuals and groups, thoughtfully adapting each session to meet the needs of those attending. Her signature sessions combine guided relaxation with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and live vocal music, creating an experience that helps participants reduce stress, restore balance, and leave feeling refreshed.
Adele has studied mindfulness practices since 2010 and draws from a variety of evidence-informed approaches, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), guided visualization, EFT Tapping, traditional yoga, and mindfulness meditation. She is currently completing her certification as a Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher through the School of Positive Transformation.
