I just wanted to say thank you to everyone that came out to see what Studio 31 is all about. I have never met so many kind strangers that were ready to show up and support my dream. For some, it was a quick hello and for others I got to hear your story and even share my story of why I wanted to create a space like this in the first place.

As we continue to build out the schedule, and bring on some new instructors, (a few minor changes included) I truly hope I am able to grow Studio 31 and build a welcoming community that’s inclusive of all shapes, sizes, and colors.

Thank you to Yuliya for teaching the demo class, and thank you to my front desk girlies for keeping with all the changes that we’ve made since starting.

Thank you to the Studio K Pole Staff that stopped by to take a quick peek!

One last thank you to everyone who has been so patient and kind as we figure out what works for the studio and what to change.

Cant wait to see where we are 6 months from now and do some great things.

P.S. Brewed Blessing’s Coffee Co. , COOL VIBES ICE CREAM, Outlaw-Spencer were our amazing vendors and were all a big hit at the event. Can’t wait to work with you again. 😊

Military Spouse Appreciation Week falls right before Mother's Day for a reason.

These two things overlap constantly — the person holding down the household, the one who figures it out when the orders change, the one who shows up even when nobody's watching. We see that person. We wanted to do something small but real.

We partnered with Studio 31 (@‌studio31_washington) to give away 12 spots to a free mat Pilates class — that's the whole class, filled with military spouses and mamas who have earned an hour to themselves.

Looking for 2 people to be apart of a 30 minute maternity core demo class for the Grand Opening Event May 16th.
-event is from 11am-1pm but demo class will be 11:45-12:15
-It will be in front of people as people come and go, or stay to watch the demo.
-Must be able to be on time!
-Must be okay with pictures and videos and then posting on social media
