Hi everyone, this coming Saturday June 28th from 11 until around 1 we are going to have my stripe promotion and an open mat with bbq and potluck. My Instructor Master Marcelo Alonso in coming to my school for the promotion to tie on my new belt. I hope everyone can make it. There will be a lot of food and great company. Thank you.

Hey guys. It's Chris. Just wanted to share with you we now (officially) have another Adult's Gi Class on the schedule... Something a little earlier that might work out well for any parents or the earlier-risers!
