I’m sitting at home and reminiscing on the past 8 years as a coach in the Fusion organization. It doesn’t take long to get emotional. It’s not about how many wins you had, and we all forget the losses… it’s about the people you come in contact with and the relationships you create. Not every coach, player or parent is a good fit for the team. And that’s not a bad thing. Everyone needs to find the right spot for them and their family. For what ever reason or another players have come and gone. And whether they know this or not I am truly thankful to have had them in my life. I have had the privilege of coaching and teaching a lot of girls about softball and mostly things about life. I have coached softball for 24 years now and I’m so happy that I started the Fusion organization. Over the past 8 years I have been asked many times to bring my teams and join other organizations. I have always said no because I would see the way the organization was run and I didn’t like it. However this week I was approached by an organization that I have high respect for. Every time I would see a team from this group, I would notice how the players would be very respectful and show great sportsmanship. This organization is worth joining. So with that being said All Sports Fusion-Tucker is joining up with Easton Gold College Prep.
