You can text your info to 770-537-2020.
Can message us on Facebook, come by, or leave your info in our drop box. We want to keep all our existing members at the membership rates they are currently paying but are increasing our prices for new members. So staff has to set you up in our new system.

Folks, there's not a short cut to being healthy!! There's not a pill or a shot that will produce long term benefits!! It takes work and discipline!!

We have made some changes in our class schedule for Tuesday and Thursdays...
The 8:00 & 9:00 classes are Senior Advanced.
Our 10:00 class will continue to be SilverSneakers Classic.

We hope to see you this morning and look forward to "GETTING HEALTHY" together!!
