I want to thank Master David P. Cholger for making my night special last night by promoting me to my 6th Degree in TaeKwonDo. Thank goodness I took a video of everyone so I could count how many were there! I county 70 for sure and 22 of my Black Belts were there to help me celebrate

Busy few weeks at BFMA! First of all congratulations to Bri Beran and Aurora Dillon on their amazing Black Belt test!! We just added 2 amazing young ladies to our stable of phenomenal Black Belts!! Congratulation to all the other students on their promotions!! Also, congratulations to all my students that were very successful in the tournaments that they participated in over the past month!

Testing went extremely well!! Congratulations to all!! Also, this past Tuesday the Black Belts crushed their test as well! Almost 3 hour test for 4 guys!! They were hot, sweaty and stinky!! Just like it should be!!
