🫡We cleaned out some storage space and made a dedicated room for leg muscle isolation machines!

💪🏼Standing and seated calf raise, thrust machine, adductor/abductor machine and seated leg extension/curls machines!

🤦🏻‍♂️New space means more room to fill… new machines loading…

‼️NEW!!! A new dedicated StairMaster has been placed in the EmpowHER Zone!!!

😁No worries, this an additional machine to the one that’s out in the general area in the gym. With the second machine, there will be less waiting time, and if needed, privacy for the females that prefer it!
