We have one group of two tomorrow but we aren't taking any more reservations. Thanks to Turner Morris for a great day today! Truly one of our best team building exercises that we have ever done . . Thanks to everyone who has supported us. We have a few ideas that we have started to work on... More to come.

LUMBERYARD SALE AT 105 S MAIN ST 2 PM Saturday and Sunday! October 29 & 30!

If you are interested in lockers, rusty corrugated roofing, a ton of lumber most very long lengths (2x4, 2x6, 2x8 2x10, 2x12). Most are stained one side. Lots of perfectly straight and great lumber and great 2x4 iron pipes. Lots of small wood to burn, Sound dampening panels, massive 3" hogwire sheets, some target boards, a dorm fridge, a great $1k projector, 2 110" perfect projector screens, some tools.

We are going to be continuing our breaking down but after 2pm would be best. As it relates to buying and hauling stuff.

Did you expect us to be multiple BEST of Summit?!?! I did. We did. Our focus was guests. Delivering amazing experiences...and we were rewarded greatly!

Mountain Activity Brands is unbelievably proud of our team. We are sincerely apologetic for the insanity that can happen in a true mountain town...with NO ONE currently paying attention to who buys every commercial building for cash or ARM's.

We built something amazing and as the information comes out publicly about the landlords we have been dealing with, pay attention to everyone involved (names/addresses/etc) ...pay attention to their significant spread throughout our tourism communities and properties throughout the United States.

We pay $10,000 base rent at 105 S. Main Street, Breckenridge, CO.

89.81% of utilities (with a gelato shop that was added that the same landlords own with insane refrigeration additions for multiple stores being funded BY OUR payment for electricity.., 89.81% of utilities. 🤯

They have recently listed the property for $45/ft. That is roughly $18k/mo (we pay $10k and offered them $11k). Plus utilities...~$2k/mo (we offered $200/electric. 70% of gas costs. 50% of all remaining utilities (trash, fire alarm, etc). Finally we offer d to hire a mutually agreed upon architect to determine EXACT square footage for the gelato shop and exact square footage of MTN AXE Breckenridge and each of us take on a bathroom. Tha was rejected. Plus $2500-3k/mo in property taxes. Plus. Plus. Plus. Get ready if you are interested in our space.

For anyone moving into this space there will need to be a lease shorter than 12/31/2023 based on the agreement with the Town and Fire department. We offered $1k more per month in base rent in advance to offset this. Bringing it to $11k base rent.

Caveat Emptor.

Oh wait. I completely forgot. Sewer tap fees (paid to Upper Blue Sanitation) for our space will also be over $250k...to serve any consumables food or drink... alcoholic or not. That was out next investment to serve. Remember with ADA, you need to offer the exact same service upstairs as well as downstairs...
