With El Tigre's first year coming to a close, we will be announcing various awards. The first goes to Best Guest. This was a uninimous decision by El Tigre board members due to this persons unwavering dedication to making a hearty breakfast of champions dish in each of his visits, which included a family recipe of jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches (with a side of sage spiced moonshine). And the winner is...drum roll...Mr. Jon Nelson! From all of us at El Tigre, congrats Jon. Your prize includes priority overnight seating in the recliner all next season.
