When I first met Anna last fall, she had already accomplished something incredible—losing over 100 pounds on her own through diet changes. 😳
But when her progress hit a plateau, she decided it was time to take the next step.
That’s when she joined Gnarly Fit with me (Coach Francesca), ready to learn how to weightlift and push herself past her plateau. ❤️🔥
What truly set Anna apart was her ability to stick to her diet and take full responsibility for showing up for herself every single day.

Whatever I told her to do- she did without question.
She planned her meals, hit her protein goals, and stayed mindful of her progress, proving that success comes from a willingness to own your journey and do the work, day in and day out.
Like most of us, Anna came from a background of disordered eating.
Together, we focused on building a healthier relationship with food, prioritizing her protein goals, and shifting the focus away from the scale.
Instead, we measured her progress with body tape measurements, and week after week, the inches melted away. 😍
