If your ‘diet’ doesn’t make you feel like you’re having a ‘cheat meal’ then you might not be doing it right 💁🏻‍♀️

You all know I’m a BIG advocate to eating good Whole Foods to make eating fun and sustainable, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun in the kitchen.
These are some of my fav meals I eat throughout the week and I am in fact in the best shape of my life with having 4kids so yes I’m here to tell you that you can eat good and still achieve your fitness goals🤍

Okay Mamis a lil glutes and hammies workout featuring the new flared leggings in color oatmeal & yes it is squat proof, y’all know how I feel about wearing any whites in the gym but trust me this is glute day approved🤭

But back to the workout, nothing new here🥴 same ole exercises, same routines. Consistency is key we know this!!
Give this one a try💋

RDLS 4x10-6

SM hip thrust 4x12-8 (Pyramid set)
1x dropset to failure

Contralateral split squats 4x8-6

Lying hamstring curls 3x10-12
1 hard set- then dropset AMRAP

Hip abductor 2x12-15
(Superset leaning forward for glute max & sitting upright for glute medius)

I know that’s right, we are not the same!!
We are stronger and better🤏🏼💋 the journey will be harder for some of us but everything is possible Mamis💁🏻‍♀️

A postpartum journey is one of the hardest things to go through mentally and physically, I can attest to that with being through four of those but it also shows you how strong you are and you can overcome anything🤍

Frequently asked question is how to have a small snatched waist and I only have 3 things I can give you!!
1. Nutrition
2. Core Training
3. Genetics 🧬

But don’t let #3 discourage you and think that you can’t achieve a small waist! I personally still hold fat in that area if my nutrition isn’t where it’s supossed to be.
But having a clean nutrition and training core has absolutely made the biggest difference!

Nothing complicated as far as training core, key is to engage your core in every single exercise and mainly stay consistent 🤍 as a mom of 4 TRUST ME- you can achieve whatever goals you have💋

3-4 rounds!

Bird dog
Glute bridge march
Dead bugs
Side to side leg lift
Sit ups

When in doubt, eat your protein and lift heavy weights🤏🏼🤭

Mamis if your nutrition sucks it’s just because you’re not doing it right 😭….. you’ll never catch me on a chicken and rice diet (nothing wrong with that) that’s just not what I call balanced for me and after years of forcing myself to do that it will just eventually lead to binge eat and that’s jus a repetitive cycle- not one that will allow you to make progress and not a healthy one.

Many see my physique and immediately question what’s my diet like? and honeslty I feel like it disappoints and at the same time it gives a reality check. You can have balance and eat the foods you love and enjoy and still make great progress in the gym!!
For the most part I eat Whole Foods, I may add a little spice to it but its just the Latina in me💁🏻‍♀️

Make your nutrition something you love and enjoy otherwise it’s just never going to work🤷🏻‍♀️
