KaDee, the daughter of Coby and Gentry Wimberley, will be starting her 8th grade year this fall. She is actively involved in Stephens County 4-H and Breckenridge Junior High Cheerleading, and she brings the same enthusiasm and dedication to everything she does.

Whether she’s behind the camera capturing memories or jumping in to help wherever needed, KaDee is a great example of the next generation of leaders in our community.

West Huggins is a Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) Pro Rodeo Announcer with nearly two decades of experience behind the microphone. Based in Midland, Texas, West is well known throughout Texas and trusted by rodeo committees nationwide, having announced rodeos across the United States — from Texas to Alaska.

West officially earned his PRCA announcer status in 2006 and has announced prestigious PRCA events including Cook’s Rodeo Days in Lubbock, Cactus Jack PRCA Xtreme Bull Riding in Uvalde, and the historic Texas Cowboy Reunion. Known for his clear delivery, strong rodeo knowledge, and professional event presentation, West works closely with rodeo committees and production teams to ensure a smooth, engaging performance from grand entry to final out.
