Today is a 10 🔥

Between the incredible scenery on this stretch of the drive, all the water I got to get in, all the smells that Marley got to smell, and everything that I remembered today- I think what took this day from a 7 to a 10 was my attitude about it.
•
The next adventure Will be being back in Washington tomorrow for my little sister’s, wedding ( )(this is a trip) and beyond that, who knows!?
•
I do know that I’m also excited to have chosen a date for our next - smashing superstitions on Friday the 13th of September in 🌀🔥 @ Hells Canyon

The last couple of days I’ve found myself in a state of awe. And gratitude for that awe.

I came to Sedona with no expectations as we headed west from Texas to California and I’m falling in love with this place! The Abundance of nature to explore gets me excited.

And I can’t forget about what a BLISSING it is to be on this journey with my friends and of course 💛 what a time to be alive, life is happening! @ Sedona, Arizona

With the next International Tribe Design a week away we took a trip to the property where we will be hosting the event.

The place is epic and I am so pumped to create an environment where people feel safe to explore, express, connect, and grow. These events have been a catalyst for me and many others.

Do you think it is possible that whatever is perceived to be happening outwardly mirrors what is going on inside the individual?

In my personal experience the outer world reflects the state of my inner atmosphere. If I judge everything around me to be chaotic and stressful, then when I turn inwards that is often the case. I’d notice all this inner turbulence and cognitive dissonance. Conversely, times that I’ve noticed the most peace around me I also notice that I, myself, am embodying that same peace.

Do you think the outside mirrors the inside? Or the other way around? Or do they mirror each other somehow?

Lauren and I came to the local country store/restaurant for dinner and were surprised to see an open mic night in full effect. We sat down for dinner and enjoyed the live music. Then one of the guys who performed joined us at the table-his name is Archie. Archie gave me some positive peer pressure to get up there. He even let me use his guitar. Like I said in the video, I was feeling all sorts of sensations in my body at the simple thought of standing up there and playing and singing. My whole body was vibrating, my thighs were quivering, and I felt my blood pumping. All things that I would label as fear in the past and choose to avoid. This time I decided to lean into the discomfort. I’ve heard that the treasure you seek is in the cave you fear to enter- and I take that story as a signal to confront the uncomfortable things head on, because on the other side of that is the next level. And I had a great time bringing the vibes to the Papaaloa Country Store and Cafe 🤙
