We are tapering for Jiu-Jitsu Con/World Master since we are less than 2 weeks out. We are still doing our usual 50 min of live resistance after our instruction, but removed king of the hill training and replaced it with specific training.

Jared joins our gym and Sektor as a 1845 tier 1 elite adult purple belt on Jiujitsu.net. He is one of the top up and coming Americans and not only is super talented, but fits in nicely with our team culture. We are excited to support him in his quest to be a world champion.
