This past weekend, Max stepped into a title fight with Up Next Fighting / UNF and came out as champion.

Winning a championship belt does not happen by accident. It is built through consistency, discipline, preparation, and the willingness to keep showing up when the work gets hard.

Max has put in the time, stayed committed to the process, and earned the result.

At ReCode, this is what we love to see: athletes taking the work they do in training and carrying it into competition when it matters most.

You don't need harder workouts. You need better coaching.
This is a breakthrough but there is a lot more work to be done.

Most people assume posture changes, stiffness, balance loss, and tightness are just part of getting older.

But the body adapts to the positions you live in every day.

Years of sitting.
Stress.
Poor breathing mechanics.
Compression.
Training that creates tension without restoring movement.

Over time, the body starts to lose space, rotation, elasticity, and control.

This client just broke into the 220s for the first time in over a decade.

Not from destroying himself with endless HIIT sessions.
