*クリニック内容*

アメリカ・ASP Sprint Club Teamのヘッドコーチを務めるCoach Seanによる、特別なスイムクリニックを開催します。

現在コーチ Seanは、100mバタフライの世界記録保持者でオリンピックで9個の金メダルを獲得したケーレブ・ドレッセル選手やオリンピック金メダリストのマイケル・アンドリュー選手の陸トレを指導するほか、複数のオリンピアン・オリンピックメダリストに対して、日々のトレーニングを含む総合的なコーチングを行っています。

今回のテーマは、「陸上トレーニング・スタート・スプリントオンリー」。

自分自身の可動域や身体の特性をどのように評価するのか。
スタートでより大きな力を生み出すためには何が必要なのか。
そして、スプリントで最大限のパフォーマンスを発揮するための考え方やテクニックとは何か。

世界トップレベルの選手たちを指導してきたCoach Seanの経験と知識を、実践を通して直接学ぶことができる貴重な機会です。

自分の身体を知り、スタートを変え、スプリントを変える。

日本の水泳界に新しい刺激を与え、選手一人ひとりのさらなる可能性につながる一日を目指します。

大会と同じ公式スタート台を使用します。
