Calf raises are good standing or seated but when you make the big toe the focus you are training the arch of the foot and you train the foot from rolling. This also is the first way of reducing or stopping plantar fasciits.

How i lowered my b.p. from 211 over 128 to

To 122 over 81

Has anybody else doubted machine read blood pressure results? I have had b.p. results as high as 268 over 189 and I did not feel dizzy, weak, or sick. I told the dr. that reading cannot be right i feel really good. I said wouldnt I be dizzy or have a headache. Her response was well not necessarily. This dr very sternly recommended a statin and was very angry when I declined. A few years later I noticed when a manual b.p. test was given I had almost always perfect readings. So when I went back to the dr that originally demanded i take a statin I asked the nurse for a manual read reading. The result was 122 or over 81. The nurse said b.p. was perfect. So asked for a machine test and it came back 211 over 128. The dr was given this information and she said well the nurse must have done the test wrong. Two more manual tests were done within 30 minutes and all were in the 120s over 80s. The dr would not even address how negative putting me on a statin would have been if I was forced to take a medicine I didn't need. Im not giving any advice, however if I was ever told my b.p. was high after taking a machine reading I would ask for a manual test and I would even go further and I would ask a friend that is a nurse or dr to take a manual test on me.
