Master Instructor Dr. Lorenzo Rashid is a 9th Generation Instructor and has earned 10 degrees in martial arts and a professional license to teach martial arts. We take pride in sharing authentic Northern Praying Mantis Kung Fu & Tai Chi Chuan with students of all ages. The mission of our Academy is to provide an atmosphere and curriculum that is second to none for improving your quality of life. M

aster Rashid has over 27+ Years experience teaching Kung Fu including over 48+ years training and mastering the art..Master Rashid has been awarded 10 degrees, is a professionally trained Tai Chi Chuan Instructor, a Gold Belt Grand Champion, a Qualified Chief Martial Arts Tournaments Referee, a Kung Fu historian and author of Kung Fu training systems and history,

Although he has attained prominence in his field, he focuses tirelessly on teaching and developing students knowledge and understanding of the underlying principles and concepts of martial arts including self-defense, conflict resolution, goal setting, history, and fitness.
