No one will laugh at you. People of all fitness levels, ages, colors, you name it, ALL are welcome! Our group exercise classes are held in Brasher Falls, NY. Conveniently located downtown, we are above the Cornerstone Hair Salon/Spirits of Downtown Wine & Liquor Store. Look for the large green wooden doors out front, they will lead you right upstairs. :)

Join us at Pine St Arena in Potsdam at 5:30pm. We will be at the road end of the building where the parking lot indents (where the overhead doors are/where the zamboni pulls into the arena). This will give us more privacy and the freedom to really crank the tunes.🤘🏼

It’s been almost exactly TWO YEARS since I’ve taught Zumba in Brasher.😭 I cannot wait to teach class there again and there’s only 5 more sleeps until that happens!

Zumba will start next Tuesday, February 1st!!🤘🏼
They will be held at the new Pike’s Place (formerly the K of C) every Tues/Thurs evening at 5:45pm.

✔️ My virtual at-home Zumba®️ classes are recordings of my live outdoor class.
✔️New Zumba®️ classes are released every Tuesday and Thursday.
✔️ Each one is available to watch for an entire WEEK. You don’t need to access it on T/TH only.
✔️ You can do them at any time during the 7 day period that they are available.
✔️ They’re only a few bucks a piece or a monthly membership gets you a great discount!
✔️ Virtual classes are here to stay indefinitely. For many it’s a more convenient, more manageable option.👌🏼
