We are about 6 weeks out from the master coming out to teach. His wife Susan will also be with him, and sunday they will teach together a rough draft course on breathing. More info on that coming soon. Get your spot reserved!!!

April 28-30. What a line up! A seminar with just one of the coaches would be great, but all 3 together!? Its going to be a blast. Not only will you be getting the best info, there will definitely be a million laughs. 20 person cap and it will absolutely sell out. This is great for personal trainers all the way up to athletic trainers and pro S&C coaches. These guys have coa hed everyone from gen pop, to professional athletes, all the way up to gold medal Olympians.
