Dayne will be absent from the gym on Thursday (7/16). But you can still go and get your workout in! Forcing myself to take a few days off.

Additional blogging:
I feel like I blinked and two years disappeared. It feels like yesterday I was carrying the Boss around in one arm like a football for 12 hrs a day. Now I can't keep up with him and he's building obstacle courses.

A funny observation I made recently is that depending on who arrives at the gym for their session, Jordan will usher them to their usual cardio machine for their warmup. And, he does his version of coaching people while they are doing their exercises. If you're going too slow with the sled, you're going to hear about it. Lol

I think everyone is enjoying having a program booklet to follow along with and the flexibility of having key fob access to the gym whenever they want. It's been a game changer for sure. We have a great group of clients (around 50-60) of you and it's nice from my perspective to feel like the "machine" is up and operating efficiently for everyone. Everyone is getting value. The gym is an important and positive part of your weekly life.
