r must be in top physical condition these high jumping platforms are for people who love the extreme adrenaline rush and excitement of participating doing backflips and dives while swinging off the end of a rope 30 feet above the water, some of the guys are capable of doing triple backflips and there's one guy that has accomplished four backflips, really exciting just to watch, and also at Bobsriverplace there's a 55 foot waterslide There's a floating dock that is used for playing king of the dock anchored out by itself, what a challenge to try and be the last man standing. also there is a karaoke stage available for singers, Log Role, Rafts, jumping platform, one dry volleyball court, one wet volleyball court. And of course there are floating dock for sunbathers and jumping into the water. Picnic tables are available,barbecue grills, Bob does not sell food or refreshments, so bring your own. Bobsriverplace is located at Rock bluff Bridge on highway 340 on the Dixie County side of the river first driveway after crossing the Bridge on the left. It is a private residency consisting of 40 acres with one-half mile river frontage with 1/4 mile highway frontage. Bob purchased this property in 1972 built his home and put rope swings up for himself, wife, children, and neighbors and their children. As the years went by more and more people would ask, can we come over and enjoyed your rope swings, and of course the answer would be yes. And now it has exploded into a well-known water extravaganza. This is a residential homestead, Bob has no insurance enjoy water activities at your own risk, you must have your own insurance.
