This location is a rarity on the Suwannee River with its sandy bottom slope from n shallow water out to deeper water. There are extraordinary rope swings with multiple-choice of different platform heights to jump from small, medium, large and awesome, definitely not for the timid. Jumpers from the demon and monster must be in top physical condition these high jumping platforms are for people who l

ove the extreme adrenaline rush excitement of participating doing back flips and dives while swinging off the end of a rope 30 to 40 feet above the water, some of the guys are capable of doing triple backflip and occasionally someone can do a quadruple, really exciting to watch, and also there is a waterslide 55 feet that you can get on at a lower level for persons that would like sliding but not so extreme. There is a floating dock that is used for playing King of the dock anchored out by itself, what a challenge to try and be the last man standing. A water volleyball court and also a dry volleyball court, There's a karaoke stage available for singers, and of course there are floating docks for sunbathers and jumping into the water. This new season(2012), we have our new Jumping Jack Splash Platform, which is approx. 20 ft high from the water. We also have a waterfall, two rafts in the pond, and becoming very popular, our log roll(try to stay on). Picnic tables scattered through the Place and two pavilions with picnic tables and barbecue pits available, Bob does not sell food or refreshments so bring your own. Bobsriverplace is located at rock bluff bridge on Highway 340 on the Dixie County side of the river first entryway after crossing the bridge on the left. The address is 2878 NE 340 Highway Branford . It is a resident homestead consisting of 40 acres with 1/2 mile river frontage and 1/4 mile highway frontage. Bob purchased this property in 1972 built his home and put rope swings up for himself wife and children and neighbors and their children. As the years went by more and more people would ask, can we come over and enjoy your rope swings, and of course the answer would be yes. And now it has exploded into a well-known water extravaganza. This is a residential homestead, Bob has no insurance. Enjoy water activities at your own risk. You must have your own insurance.
