🏀 POSITION ACADEMY STARTS THIS WEEK!

High school season is right around the corner. Now is the time to sharpen your game, build confidence, and prepare to compete.

Position Academy is NOT your typical group workout. Each class is designed around the skills, reads, footwork, decision-making, and situations specific to your position.

🏀 BIGS — Sundays | 11:00 AM
🎯 GUARDS — Mondays | 9:00 PM
⚡ WINGS — Tuesdays | 9:00 PM

Open to high school boys & girls and limited to only 8 athletes per class so we can keep the training detailed and competitive.

Whether you’re fighting to make the team, earn a varsity spot, increase your minutes, or take on a bigger role this season — come put the work in.

🚨 THE LAB VIP FAN SECTION 🧪🏀

We’re excited to announce that a special group of Lab athletes has been selected by their coaches to represent The Lab in the VIP Fan Section at the Elite 20 Invitational — Be A Baller, Not A Bully All-American Games! ⭐

Our coaches made their selections based on more than basketball ability. We considered commitment, attitude, coachability, improvement, consistency, and how each athlete represents themselves inside The Lab.

👏 Congratulations to all of our selected VIP athletes!

🎟️ IMPORTANT TICKET INFO

The Lab already has tickets reserved for every selected VIP athlete. If your athlete is on our selected list, you DO NOT need to reserve a ticket for them.

Parents and additional family members who plan to attend must reserve their own FREE tickets using the LINK IN OUR BIO. 🔗

🧪 ALL LAB FAMILIES ARE INVITED!

Even if your athlete was not selected for the VIP section, we would love to have you join us! Use the link in our bio to reserve your free tickets.

🏀 Homeschool Hoops is Back at The Lab! 🏀

We’re excited to announce the return of Homeschool Hoops, a basketball development program created specifically for homeschool athletes looking to stay active, improve their skills, and build confidence in a fun, positive environment.

Beginning August 31, athletes ages 7–14 will have the opportunity to train with experienced coaches through structured skill development, games, athletic movement, and character-building lessons.

📍 Locations: Branford & Wallingford
🗓 Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays

Whether your child is picking up a basketball for the first time or looking to take their game to the next level, Homeschool Hoops is designed to help every athlete grow.

I’m hosting a July 4th Pop-Up Shooting Clinic designed to help athletes become more confident, consistent shooters through focused instruction and game-speed repetition.

🏀 Middle School (Grades 5–8): 9:00–10:00 AM
🕘 9:00–10:00 AM

🏀 High School
🕙 10:00–11:00 AM

💲 Only $20 per athlete

We’ll focus on:
✅ Proper shooting mechanics
✅ Footwork & shot preparation
✅ Game-speed shooting
✅ Confidence through repetition

Whether you’re preparing for AAU, summer basketball, or the upcoming school season, this is a great opportunity to get quality work in before celebrating with family and friends.

Yesterday was a day we’ll never forget. 💙🏀

Yesterday marked the official ribbon cutting and grand opening of The Lab Wallingford.

What started as a vision has become a reality because of the incredible support from our athletes, families, coaches, friends, and community. Seeing so many people come out to celebrate with us was a reminder that we’re building something much bigger than a basketball gym.

The Lab has always been about creating opportunities, building confidence, developing character, and helping athletes become the best versions of themselves—on and off the court. Yesterday was the beginning of that mission in a new community.

To everyone who attended, shared a kind word, volunteered, or has supported us along the way: thank you. We don’t take any of it for granted.

This is just the beginning.

Wallingford, we’re home. Now it’s time to get to work. 💪🏽

The boys kicked off The Lab 3v3 Summer League with a night full of energy, competitiveness, and great basketball.

📊 Current Standings

Every team showed flashes throughout the night, and as the games progressed, players became more comfortable making reads, spacing the floor, and competing in the fast-paced 3v3 format.
